Transforming lives through healing is at the heart of my holistic practice, where I specialize in an array of services designed to nurture the mind, body, and soul.

 My Reiki therapy sessions harness the energy of the universe to promote healing on all levels. This subtle energy medicine is gentle but extremely powerful. I love being a channel for this precious energy and feel it is a true privilege to be so.

My massage style is based upon intuitive touch. I 'tune in' and listen to where my hands are guided to. My relaxing massage therapy not only alleviates physical tension, but also promotes emotional release and mental clarity. Each touch is infused with intention, creating a sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself and restore your inner peace and power. This holistic approach fosters a sense of well-being that extends far beyond the massage table.

In addition to massage and reiki, I offer serene meditation sessions that teach you how to cultivate space, focus, and freedom in your mind. These sessions empower you to navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience and I am particularly passionate about this in relation to parenting.

Massage

Reiki

Reiki is a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan, focusing on the transfer of universal life energy through gentle touch or proximity. 

Practitioners believe that this energy can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. 

During a typical Reiki session, the recipient lies down fully clothed while the practitioner lightly places their hands on or near the body, channeling energy to help balance the mind, body, and spirit.

 Many people report feelings of deep relaxation and a sense of peace, making Reiki a popular complementary therapy for various physical and emotional issues. I have been practising reiki for 19 years.

 

Meditation

Meditation is a practice that encourages individuals to focus their minds to achieve a state of calm and clarity. 

It serves as a powerful tool for enhancing mental well-being, reducing stress, and fostering a deeper connection with oneself. 

By dedicating a few moments each day to meditation, individuals can cultivate mindfulness, improve concentration, and promote emotional health. 

Whether through guided sessions, breathing exercises, or simply sitting in silence, meditation offers a pathway to inner peace and self-discovery, making it an essential practice in today's fast-paced world.

I am a qualified meditation teacher and qualified in 2020. 

Postnatal Doula

The postpartum period, also known as the fourth trimester, is a time of transition for the whole family.

As a mum of 3 children, I am fully aware of where those voids and difficulties are in the first few weeks/months. I am passionate about guiding you through those times in a loving and nurturing way.

My unique style and offering, is to provide a nurturing space for you to evolve and grow emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

 From this empowered and centered place within yourself, you can be the version of the mum you wish to be. This energy also ripples out to baby, thus enhancing your bond.

The service I provide is unique and bespoke to your needs. It includes reiki, massage, forest bathing and meditation. 

 

 

Forest Bathing for Mammas

This nature based therapeutic technique, also known as Shinrin Yoku, has been prescribed to patients in Japan since the 1980's.

 Reported benefits include a reduction in individual's stress levels, blood pressure and alleviation in depression and anxiety.

 Other health benefits include an improved immune system, better sleep and an increase in energy and creativity levels.

Forest bathing provides a space to remember our vital connection with nature, which in turn connects us with ourselves.

This serene practice promotes relaxation and mindfulness via complete immersion of the senses in nature!

 It also provides an opportunity for mums to recharge and have some much needed quiet time for themselves.

There is always the opportunity at the end of the session to have a hot drink and chat. This creates a beautiful community for new mums.

Sessions are 2 hours long and the location varies. Group size varies, but  are limited to 8.  Be sure to wear layers and bring a hot drink.
